29 Boulevad, located on the iconic Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, comprises two G+45 residential towers featuring 749 apartments, a three-level common podium, and three levels of basement car parking.
The podium houses recreational facilities, including gymnasiums, swimming pools, offices, and two levels of retail outlets.
We served as the Lead Consultant, overseeing the administration of the contract between the main contractor and the client.
Additionally, we managed the site-based construction supervision team, providing technical supervision and quality control across Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, Façade, and Landscaping throughout the construction process.
