B&O Group was founded in 2018 in Dubai, UAE, with a focus on providing design, engineering, and consultancy services across marine, buildings, geotechnical, and infrastructure projects.
Over the years, B&O Engineering has successfully delivered numerous high-profile projects across the GCC. Our regional expertise extends to the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, and Oman, as well as international markets, including Vietnam, Serbia, Turkey, and Mozambique.
In response to increasing demand and evolving client needs, 2024 marked a significant milestone with the launch of B&O Project Management – a dedicated division offering project management, construction supervision, contract services, cost consultancy, and dispute resolution.
This strategic expansion enhances our ability to deliver comprehensive, value-driven solutions, combining world-class engineering expertise with tailored project management services. Mirko Dimkovski
CEO
Mirko Dimkovski is a highly accomplished Structural and Marine Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has successfully delivered a wide range of specialist marine, geotechnical, infrastructure, and building projects worldwide. Before founding the B&O Group in 2018, he held key leadership roles, including Senior Project and Design Director in the UAE, where he played a pivotal role in shaping major developments.
Jamie Armitage
Managing Partner
Jamie Armitage is a Chartered Building Services Engineer and Arbitrator with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. For the past 18 years, he has successfully delivered a broad range of complex and iconic projects across the region. Before joining B&O, he served as Partner of Construction Services for an international architectural consultancy in the UAE, playing a key role in delivering world-class developments.
Owain Mills
Partner & General Counsel
Owain Mills is a qualified lawyer with over 21 years of experience in the construction industry. For the past 17 years, he has successfully led the delivery of complex, large-scale projects for consultants, contractors, and developers across the Middle East. Before joining B&O, he served as Senior Legal Director for a government-owned company in Saudi Arabia, providing strategic legal oversight on major developments.
