Amaala Wellness Resort is located within the Red Sea development on the west coast of Saudi Arabia.
The project is tailored for sports, fitness, and lifestyle enthusiasts, and represents a crucial component of the first phase of development within Amaala.
As part of the start-up team, we worked closely with senior management to develop the delivery strategy, and create the bespoke suite of contract documents.
We engaged specialist consultants, established policies and procedures, and ultimately supported the client from project inception.
