The Aqaba LPG Terminal project was the first of its kind in Aqaba on the coast of the Red Sea. We were a key advisor to the contractor using a FIDIC Silver Book form of contract.
Our role involved managing and assessing the contractor’s entitlement to claim for extra time and cost, including preparation of the related submissions to the employer, leading to the successful submission, negotiation, and agreement of the final account.
