Bluewaters Residences comprises 10 medium-rise apartment blocks ranging from G+6 to G+14, featuring 698 apartments and 17 waterfront townhouses. Located on a man-made island, the development is home to the Ain Dubai, the world’s tallest Ferris wheel at 200 metres.
We were responsible for managing the construction supervision services providing technical supervision and quality control of the Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, Façade, and Landscaping throughout the development.
