A specialist cable testing and extra high voltage cable manufacturing facility located in Jebel Ali, Dubai, Ducab Cable Factory features a 150-metre-high cable testing tower with a factory below, housing specialised cable manufacturing machines.
Additionally, a separate building contains an extra-high-voltage cable testing laboratory equipped with a Faraday Cage.
We were responsible for administering the contract between the main contractor and the client.
Our role also included managing the site-based construction supervision team and overseeing the technical supervision of Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, Façade, and Landscaping throughout the construction process.
