JA Lake View Hotel is a 5-star hotel located within in the JA Beach Resort in Jebel Ali, Dubai. Designed by BSBG, the iconic design includes 348 hotel rooms with 41 suites, each providing stunning panoramic views overlooking the golf course and the Arabian Sea. The amenities include a gastropub, restaurants, a rooftop bar, and three swimming pools.
We were novated under a Design and Build contract to the contractor by the client, Omniyat. As the Lead Consultant, we were responsible for managing the construction supervision team, providing technical supervision, health and safety, and quality control of the Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP and Facade, in conjunction with the contractor. The project was successfully completed and opened in January 2024.
