Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah is a luxury hospitality and residential development consisting of 244 hotel suites, villas, townhouses, and penthouses.
The hotel component consists of restaurants and bars, a boutique mall, a cinema, cafes, a holistic healing spa, a private beach, expansive gardens, and a series of meeting and event spaces.
We performed the role of Lead Consultant on the project, managing design coordination and the technical supervision of the Enabling and Main Works scopes, with contract administration undertaken on behalf of the client, Al Sharq Investments.
We directly managed the site-based construction supervision team, overseeing all design-related queries in coordination with the Client’s Project Management Consultant. Our service covered all disciplines including Infrastructure and Utilities, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil, Structural, MEP, Façade, and Landscaping throughout the development. The project was successfully completed in Sept 2011.
