Mirko Dimkovski is a highly accomplished Structural and Marine Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has successfully delivered a wide range of specialist marine, geotechnical, infrastructure, and building projects worldwide. Before founding the B&O Group in 2018, he held key leadership roles, including Senior Project and Design Director in the UAE, where he played a pivotal role in shaping major developments.
Jamie Armitage
Managing Partner
Jamie Armitage is a Chartered Building Services Engineer and Arbitrator with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. For the past 18 years, he has successfully delivered a broad range of complex and iconic projects across the region. Before joining B&O, he served as Partner of Construction Services for an international architectural consultancy in the UAE, playing a key role in delivering world-class developments.
Owain Mills
Partner & General Counsel
Owain Mills is a qualified lawyer with over 21 years of experience in the construction industry. For the past 17 years, he has successfully led the delivery of complex, large-scale projects for consultants, contractors, and developers across the Middle East. Before joining B&O, he served as Senior Legal Director for a government-owned company in Saudi Arabia, providing strategic legal oversight on major developments.
