Arbitrator
Jamie is the Managing Partner of B&O Project Management. He is a Chartered Building Services Engineer and a qualified Arbitrator.
Before joining the B&O Group in 2024, Jamie has spent the last 30 years working in the construction industry with the last 18 years successfully delivering projects for his Clients in the UAE and the KSA.
Jamie has extensive project management, construction supervision, and dispute avoidance and resolution experience. He has proven expertise, acting in the capacity as the Employer’s and Engineer’s Representative on a broad range of projects and sectors ranging in value from AED 50M to 120B.
Jamie has a passion for dispute resolution and construction law. He was previously the Vice Chairman of the UAE branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in Dubai and has extensive experience in dispute avoidance and arbitration.
Jamie earned his BEng (Hons) and MSc in Building Services with Sustainability from the University of Central Lancashire in the UK. He also has a post graduate diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the CIArb in the UK.
