Lawyer
Owain is a Partner and General Legal Counsel for the B&O Group. He is an Architect and qualified Lawyer. Before joining the B&O Group in 2024, Owain spent the last 21 years working in the construction industry with the last 17 years successfully delivering projects for his clients in the UAE, the KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Jordan and Bahrain.
Owain has extensive commercial, legal and project management experience. His experience includes working for blue chip contractors and consultants in the UAE and more recently for the Public Investment Fund of the KSA on the Red Sea Global Project, on projects valued between AED 50M and 20B.
He has proven expertise working on large scale estimating, commercial, finance, compliance, professional indemnity and due diligence for company acquisitions.
Owain is a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales in the UK and has a BSc in Architectural Studies from the University of Wales. He also has a post graduate diploma in Law from the University of Wales in the UK.
