Adnoc’s Liquid natural Gas Terminal, located in Abu Dhabi, was a first-of-its-kind for the region, and included a bespoke liquid natural gas terminal following a specialist design from the USA. This was a complex design solution that required substantial design coordination, technical supervision, and quality control throughout construction.
Our role was as a strategic advisor to the contractor to ensure the terms and conditions of the contract were strictly followed.
This service included daily programme reviews, which included the development of risk and delay mitigation strategies to avoid delay and claims for additional time and cost. This led to the successful preparation, submission, negotiation, and agreement of the final account.
