The Louvre is an art museum located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. It is the largest art museum in the region and showcases works from around the world. This iconic, landmark dome structure was designed by the world-renowned architect, Jean Nouvel.
We were appointed by the contractor to provide contract services throughout the project. The form of contract was bespoke and included many unique clauses.
These clauses were identified, and risk mitigation strategies were put in place to optimise the delivery of this magnificent architectural marvel. From tender to project completion, we advised the contractor on all contractual matters.
