Construction Supervision, Contract Administration
The project is a specialist oncology cancer treatment facility in Dubai, featuring two linear accelerators housed in bespoke bunkers, along with other advanced medical equipment. The building is G+7 with three levels of basement car parking.
We managed the site-based construction supervision team, overseeing the technical supervision of Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, Façade, and Landscaping throughout the development.
Additionally, we provided contract administration services for the project, managing the contract between the client and the Main Contractor. We were responsible for overseeing this process on a day-to-day basis throughout the construction period.
