The Midfield Terminal project was awarded as a Joint Venture (JV) between two MEP Contractors.
The terminal features a comprehensive range of facilities including a full terminal building, passenger and cargo areas, duty-free retail, and dining outlets — all designed with sustainability in mind.
Innovative, environmentally conscious design elements have been integrated to minimise environmental impact and enhance operational efficiency.
Our role in the project involved the provision of consultancy services to one of the MEP Contractors. This included advising and negotiating the terms of the JV, structuring the split of the scope of works, and advising on the best delivery strategy.
The review of the proposed contract identified several key areas of risk for the contractor, which were negotiated and agreed between all parties. This ultimately led to the JV award and the successful delivery of the project to the client’s satisfaction.
