Mubadala MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) Facility

On the Mubadala MRO Facility, our role was providing contract advisory services to the Design Consultant and Contractor.

This involved providing advice and managing the tender, technical and commercial reviews, negotiation, and award of the design services contract.

We also provided support to the MEP Contractor throughout the procurement process, assisting in the appointment of specialist subcontractors and procurement of long lead items of plant, materials, and equipment to avoid delay to the project.

Our services also included the administration of the contracts between all the parties from commencement until the agreement of the final account.
