Mulberry was the first residential development to be completed in the Dubai Hills Estate community masterplan.
The project consists of eight low-rise buildings comprising a total of 698 apartments, along with common areas, gymnasiums, and swimming pools.
We managed the site-based construction supervision team, providing technical supervision and quality control of all disciplines including Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, Façade, and Landscaping throughout the development.
Additionally, we provided contract administration services, overseeing the administration of the contract between the client and the contractor throughout the construction period.
