NIMR Automotive is an iconic military vehicle manufacturer based in the UAE that produces armoured vehicles. The manufacturing facility is located in Abu Dhabi.
We were engaged by the contractor to provide contract services for the project. We advised the contractor on the risks identified in the contract, supporting the development of a bespoke procurement strategy and allowing the contractor to adequately resource and price for the risks involved.
This ultimately led to the successful delivery of the project to the satisfaction of the client and agreement of the final account.
