The Portofino Hotel is located on the Heart of Europe Island. It is part of the offshore World Island development in Dubai in the UAE, and is a luxury Italian-themed hotel resort inspired by the architecture of Portofino in Italy.
We were appointed to provide marine structural design and construction supervision services for the quay walls, floating marina, navigation systems, and interconnections to the land.
The complete design package, including all the drawings and specifications, was completed in strict compliance with all authority requirements and international design standards. This project highlights our expertise in providing integrated marine designs to optimise the guest’s arrival experience.
