The Trojena resort will be the world’s first vertical ski village and snow destination in the GCC with year-round adventure sports. Trojena is being built in the heart of NEOM, the kingdom’s most ambitious giga project.
Scheduled for completion in 2026, the resort will include year-round skiing, retail stores, restaurants, luxury mansions, apartments, and luxury hotels, including serviced apartments operated by prestigious operators.
As a key contributor to Trojena’s development, we were responsible for the design and construction of the entire road infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity across all six clusters.
Our scope included the development of roads, bridges, and tunnels, integrating advanced engineering solutions to navigate the region’s challenging mountainous terrain. With a focus on sustainability, durability, and efficiency, we delivered a world-class road network that supports year-round accessibility while preserving the natural landscape.
