A luxury 5-star hotel and residential complex located on the cresecent of the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, W Dubai The Palm features 350 hotel rooms and suites, along with the Alef Residences, which consists of duplex and triplex apartments with penthouses.
The stunning design features undulating building forms that maximise the waterfront views. Dedicated amenities include a private beach, multiple swimming pools, landscaped gardens, a spa, restaurants and bars, event spaces, and a private members’ club.
Our scope for the project included design coordination and technical supervision of the Enabling and Main Works, including contract administration on behalf of the client, Al Sharq Investments.
We directly managed the site-based construction supervision team, overseeing all design-related queries in coordination with the client’s Project Management Consultant.
Our service covered all disciplines, including Infrastructure and Utilities, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil, Structural, MEP, Façade, and Landscaping throughout the development. The project was successfully completed in April 2022.
